Pickup Policy

Yard pickup

You can buy online and collect your trailer from either of our yards:

  • Thomastown: 33B Trawalla Ave, Thomastown VIC 3074
  • Geelong: 274 Princes Hwy, Corio VIC 3214

Choose your pickup yard on the product page before adding the trailer to your cart.

Pickup availability

Pickup availability varies depending on the product, trailer design, stock availability and the selected yard.

Estimated pickup time

Trailers in ready stock can be collected once your order is confirmed. If a trailer is not in ready stock, it is built to order and the estimated build time is shown on its product page. Please read that build time and tick the box to confirm it before adding the trailer to your cart.

How yard pickup works

  1. Choose your trailer, any extras and your pickup yard, then place your order through our website.
  2. We will process your order and contact you by phone, email or SMS once it is ready for collection.
  3. Please wait for our pickup confirmation before visiting the yard.

Pickup charges

There is no fee for collecting your order from the yard you selected.

Pickup confirmation

We will let you know when your order is ready for collection. Please do not attend the yard for collection until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Opening hours

Pickup is subject to the opening hours of the selected yard: Mon–Thu 8:00–4:30 · Fri 8:00–3:30 · Sat 8:00–12:00. Please call ahead if you need to arrange a different time.

Changes to the estimated timeframe

The estimated build time shown on the website is based on the product selected at the time of placing the order. Pickup times may vary due to production requirements, supplier delays, stock availability or other circumstances beyond our control. The estimated timeframe is a guide only, and we will contact you once your order is ready for collection.
